This policy explains what information Paulner Media ("we", "us") collects through paulnermedia.com and how it is used.

What we collect

• Contact form. When you send a message, we receive your name, email address, phone number, the project type you selected and your message.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site.

The site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or its own cookies.

How we use it

We use contact form details only to reply to your inquiry and discuss your project. We do not sell or rent your information and do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

• Vercel hosts the site.
• Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the contact form is sent by a person, not a bot. It processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details.
• Google Fonts serves the site's fonts; your browser connects to Google to load them.
• Instagram (Meta): project videos open in an Instagram embed only when you click them. Instagram may then set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept in our email for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our work together. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent us by emailing paulner.pn@gmail.com.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
